  Answer: Our homes are not for rent, they are for purchase only.

 

 

 

  Question: "How do I Qualify to purchase a home with your company?"

   Answer: The best way for us to determine if you qualify or not is to do a free online mini application, Click Here. However, there are       several basic qualifications we look for such as:

1.  Monthly Income: Normally we like to see at least $1,200. or more per month, Child Support, SSI, Disability, Social Sec. Qualify
2. Credit Score: Ideally +620 Mid score or above. (normally this is NOT an issue, as we offer credit repair to bring score up, please call us for details)
3. Bankruptcy OK as long as its over 2-3 yrs. old and  No Collections after bankruptcy.
